Sometimes it helps to talk


Everyone has problems. Sometimes they’re small, sometimes they’re big. Most of the time we deal with these problems on our own, or we talk to a friend, family member, or co-worker to help sort things out. Sometimes, we just don’t seem to be able to work through these issues on our own and that’s when it makes sense to speak with a psychologist.

I am semi-retired working part time with in office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remaining hours with online video therapy. 

I have subscribed to a secure online teletherapy provider which should, ideally, guarantee your privacy but be aware that everything can be hacked by the determined.
